Is #trashtag over? Because Living Lands and Waters is a non profit dedicated to cleaning up American rivers. They frequently go unappreciated.

So AT&T started flagging our neighborhood and digging up our lawns unannounced to lay cables despite most of us not even being customers, and for days they've just been dumping their trash on the side of our road. Imagine if private citizens did something like this with their garbage.
